We are halfway through our Enrichment program! It has been amazing so far! 23 classes are being offered and more than 200 kids are registered. From forensics science to tap dance, to cooking & gardening, Harry Potter club and so much more in between. Our kids are getting to know and learn various different skills! This program is organized by volunteer parents and the program always welcomes and needs more VOLUNTEERS. Please, if you are available and willing to help out, sign up for these specific classes here or just email us at enrichmentvaldez@gmail.com.
If you have a talent and want to be part of the instructor team, please let us know!!! Any talent is welcome!!

This team has been instrumental in the compost initiative in ECE, Kinder and 2nd grade lunch period!
Valdez has already diverted around 388 lbs of food waste from the landfill thanks to the composting and the shared table initiatives!
We couldn’t do it without them!! Whenever you see them, make sure to thank them for all the work they do!

In first grade, we celebrated Nowruz, the Persian New Year, with a delightful tea party. The children enjoyed this unique activity, learning about a rich tradition and enhancing the diversity within our school community.

On Thursday, March 20th, we had our monthly fire drill. All students and staff promptly evacuated the building and ensured all students were accounted for.
